The Board of Directors at New Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church is a dedicated group of individuals committed to guiding the congregation towards spiritual growth and community service. Through their unwavering faith and wisdom, they provide strategic direction, oversee church operations, and ensure that the church's mission and values are upheld.
The Brotherhood, through deed and action, aspires to minister to and fellowship with other brethren in hope that this ministry will lead more men to a Christian belief.

The Mothers are Godly women who pray for others, as well as with them; provide Godly counsel and support to the membership; make phone calls to the disabled, send get-well cards and maintain a much-needed balance in the church body.

Nurse’s Aides are comprised of women and men called to serve in this capacity. Their duties often overlap those of the Usher in providing assistance to worshippers by offering tissues, water, and other physical comforts during service.

USHERS
The Deaconess’ mission is to assist the Pastor in developing the spiritual life of the women and girls of the church; we also accompany the Pastor and the Deacon Board while visiting/praying, and administering communion to the sick and shut-in: prepare communion, and we assist with Baptism/Christening. It is our goal to be ready, steadfast and un-moveable always abiding in the work of the Lord. We are ready to serve in a Christion capacity assisting the Pastor and Deacons whenever and where-ever based on the needs of the church.

The Hospitality Ministry is responsible for, The friendly and generous reception of members, guests, visitors, and strangers. For all who will come into NMPMBC, it is our prayer that they will experience the power of the spirit of the Lord in our Worship Services.

WOMEN'S CHORUS
Deacons are servant-leaders
to the church. The position of deacon is an ordained ministry held by men who are required to focus on the material needs of the church under the leadership of the Pastor.
Our deacons are a group of ordained Deacons and Junior Deacons who are Godly men building up the kingdom through service, sound doctrine and brotherly unity.
DEACON
Mission Statement:
To serve and supply support quarterly to the Inglewood community with free physical provisions and fellowship, always sharing the example of a loving and merciful God.
Ministry Purpose:
The Loving Lives Ministry is an outreach ministry dedicated to supplying the Inglewood community with many of the items that are needed or desired for daily living. Well-maintained recycled clothing, shoes, and household items are given away free of charge each quarter along with prepared lunch snacks. In addition, there are blessings of new Christmas toys, school supplies, and unperishable breakfast and lunch items during summer school break. The love of Christ is always shared during the events through fellowship, encouragement, prayer, and spiritual guidance. (Outreach is performed every quarter).
